The Amazon is on Fire and it chars our soul

Fire speaks a language we can all understand but to get the true message we need to be connected to our essence, be connected to each other and to Mother Nature.

A letter to the world from Grandfather and Grandmother Fire

FIRE, SACRED GRANDFATHER OF OUR ANCESTORS, IS SENDING EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US THIS MESSAGE:

“We’re living a time of transmutation, we can still achieve a QUANTUM PLANETARY LEAP using our intention, our will and being in synch with our own vibration.”

Amazonia today

What we’re witnessing today in Amazonia is just a token of what’s going on throughout the planet. Today we’re focusing on this sacred place, but our Pachamama sees atrocities against life being committed everywhere, every single day.

The situation in Amazonia is a desperate call for all the sons and daughters of Pachamama to take action.

Fire is sacred for all native peoples, for every tribe in this planet, it’s a great Master Spirit: Apu Nina, who, today, is sending a message to all the sons and daughters of Mother Earth.

It will be very hard for us to understand the message unless we have fostered our relationship with the elements. That’s what wise grandfathers and grandmothers are here for, wise women who can interpret the message that’s being sent to us.

This is just a small contribution from my point of view as Wilumi, Pachamama Priestess and amawtica woman.

APU NINA - Sacred Fire, through it’s duality it expresses our own inner state of anger, rage and wrath, which are already being mentioned by many brothers and sisters. These emotions are not exclusive of this time and place. For many years hundreds of native peoples, true guardians of Mother Earth, have been and are being killed for defending it; thousands of children are being abused before the very eyes of those who do nothing about it, and many animals are being exploited without a trace of consciousness.

Our Pachamama, humanity as a whole, and the hearts of all human beings, boys and girls, endure a lot of pain. We fight with each other in our homes, our neighborhoods, which only increases the caos, the wrath and the hatred that our grandfather Fire is transmuting.

But there is also Mother Nina, fire grandmother, who through her feminine quality relates to TRANSMUTATION, reminding us that fire destroys and generates life, it’s the element that brings about REAL AND RADICAL CHANGE because it stems from the roots of every being, from authenticity, from accepting our lights and shadows, from duality.

How can we do this?

1. ACKNOWLEDGING THAT WE ARE ALL SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF MOTHER EARTH.

Only when we accept that we’re a part of the Earth, an extension of her, when we ground ourselves and change our relationship with her, will we be able to build a new society.

2. ACCEPTING OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND RECLAIMING OUR POWER.

By accepting our responsibility we reclaim our power. We can’t just continue blaming others, when we haven’t accepted our part. We can’t keep on delegating our own power onto those who don’t represent us. We are all accountable for how our Pachamama is doing.
We need to reclaim the power to generate this great change by accepting that it’s our RESPONSIBILITY.

3. UN-LEARNING CONSUMERISM AND LEARNING THE GOOD WAYS OF THE ANCIENT PEOPLES.

The planetary change is a change of attitude, of habits, it’s small actions that add up and make a difference. The simplest and easiest change is to consciously commit to change ourselves and our attitude.

We’ve learnt to live a life lead by selfishness and consumerism, but the ancient peoples show us a way to win back the wisdom of SUMA QAMAÑA, the Good Living in harmony with Mother Earth.

It’s time for us to question the way we live, to analyze and decide if each and every one of our actions and decision honor our commitment to life.

4. RENEWING OUR PACT WITH LIFE AND MOTHER EARTH.

Every tribe, every native group, makes their important decisions before Apu Nina. Today we have a huge planetary bonfire that urges us to make decisions. It’s gathering us as human beings and saying: GATHER YOUR FAMILY, your children, your significant other, your friends, your closest beings, your tribe…

It’s time we talk and listen to each other, let’s make a circle and enter into agreements, commit to personal and family-wide deeds (what can I do?) that favor Life and Mother Earth.
Children have great ideas, listen to them and put those ideas into practice!

5. BEING REAL - BEING AUTHENTIC.

When we’re by the fire all of our masks vanish, because fire reveals our true self. The real deeds that will bring about this quantum leap don’t need advertising, witnesses or external validation (no Instagram or Facebook photos to be liked on social)

YOUR TRUE DEEDS WILL BE VALIDATED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE INVISIBLE BEINGS, by our Pachamama, your inner self and yourself. Let your deeds answer not to your Ego, but to you true inner being.

6. ACCEPTING THAT EVERY BEING IS FREE.

At this time, on our Pachamama, there are beings with different vibrations and our deeds will match our own vibration. And therein lies our freedom.

We can’t ask anyone to do what we would do, we can only do our part. When we do our share everything falls back into balance. We’re not here to judge anyone, let’s not manipulate or give into manipulation.

7. TUNE INTO MOTHER EARTH.

Turn your gaze, your being, your whole life towards the sacred cycles! Talk to her, listen to her, speak to the elements -they can hear us- we’re all one, we’re all interrelated, everything is continuously talking with each other. This is the wisdom passed on from our forefathers, from the ancient peoples!

Let this message reach those who need to hear it. Change depends on each and every one of us.

Sons and Daughters of Pachamama, we are active!

This is a time

...where we need to see past our political and cultural differences.

This is a sad and huge opportunity to use the healing power of fire to let it take down our masks and own up our real role here on Earth.

Half of Latinlingua’s team members are Brazilian, but we’re all humans who will be greatly impacted by what’s going on right now in the Amazon.

It’s our dream for this ecocide to spark our desire -and need- to reconnect with nature and wilderness.

Let’s honor Nature and spread the word to reach as many as possible.
