Codes of Ethic and Conduct are not a hindrance, they are a benefit and an advantage.”
Finn Raben, ESOMAR Director General
Driving innovation through responsible Market Intelligence practices.
Over the past 2 days, Buenos Aires received 170 researchers from 20 countries who shared success stories while identifying trends and challenges. Latinlingua, for the 3rd year in a row, facilitated communication through English-Spanish simultaneous translation. In a time where the use of personal and consumer-related data took the center stage, ESOMAR’s role in pushing adherence to its Code of Conduct by Market-Intelligence agencies worldwide is as relevant as ever. The use of AI and IoT to collect data only highlights the irreplaceable role of humans in making ethical decisions on how to use that information. We’re delighted to see ESOMAR’s involvement with non-profits through the ESOMAR Foundation, which is very much aligned with Latinlingua’s values of humanizing businesses and making the world a better place for everyone.
Let us not delegate our responsibility to stand up to what it is that we do.
